one of my favorite summertime sights on the woodland floor!
Starflower drawings are inlayed with black underglaze and the background is painted with an orange flashing slip that became so luminous in the wood kiln!
The exterior is unglazed and has a satin/matte finish, the interior has a liner glaze that shows off the speckled clay.
